GENERAL: All puppies and dogs are sold with ADBA registration, regular worming and appropriate vaccinations. We have a strict policy that includes all information be discussed between the buyer and us prior to any monies exchanged. We prefer not to discuss information with a translator or third party due to the possibility of incorrect translation or incomplete translation of information. If a third party is necessary we will not be held responsible for any incorrect or incomplete translation of information. Any communication method is accepted.

PAYMENTS: A $200 non-refundable deposit will hold a requested puppy until they are picked up or ready to ship. Once a deposit is received the requested puppy will be marked sold and the balance in full must be paid no later than 5 days prior to the agreed upon pick up or shipment date. Payments toward the remaining balance will be accepted between the deposit date and paid in full date if arranged and agreed upon. The total price listed for the puppy at the time the deposit is made will be the final contracted price. We reserve the right to change prices of any puppy, which a deposit has not been made on, at any time. Payments are accepted via cash, Paypal with confirmed address, money order or Western Union ONLY! If your payment is made via Paypal E-Check, the funds must clear before they will be considered paid. Any and all payments received are non-refundable. In the event the puppy you have made a deposit on becomes unavailable due to sickness or death, all monies previously paid will apply directly to another available puppy of your choice from either the current litter or a future litter. No refunds will be given, only credits. We offer Military Discounts if you have a valid U.S Military e-mail account!

SHIPPING TERMS: If shipping is required in the lower 48 States only there is an additional fee per puppy up to 10 weeks of age, which is included in the "shipping included price", to be paid by the buyer. This will cover the airline ticket and airline approved shipping crate, unless otherwise agreed upon. This price is for shipping via Northwest Airlines with no more then two flight changes on their itinerary. For puppies that are 10 weeks of age or older, shipping costs will have to be verified with the airline before purchase or it will be assumed that the buyer will incur all applicable charges. If a different airline carrier is preferred or required, shipping charges will vary. Puppies must be 8 weeks of age before they can be flown and the temperature must not drop below 20 degrees or rise above 85 degrees anywhere between its departure city and destination city. No puppy will be held past 10 weeks of age unless otherwise agreed upon. If a puppy must be held past 10 weeks of age an additional $10 per day kennel charge will be assessed that must be paid in full prior the puppy being picked up or delivered. We are more then glad to negotiate different shipping arrangements if needed, please contact us with any questions prior to purchase. Any alternative shipping arrangements, including us meeting you somewhere for pick up, MUST be discussed prior to deposits made or we will assume you will be responsible for 100% of traveling to pick up your puppy. In the event we agree to travel to meet you, there will be additional charges for our travel time unless otherwise agreed prior to the deposit being made.
